How Do I Know If Pearls Are Real?

How Do I Care For My Pearls?
Wipe pearls with a very soft, clean cloth after wearing them. Pearls should never be cleaned in an ultrasonic or steam cleaner. Store pearls separately from gems and metal jewellery, which may scratch their surfaces. Always apply perfume, hair products and cosmetics before putting on your pearl jewellery. Pearls should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.
